         DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 
         Working in a team environment, your primary responsibilities will be:          
         - Communicate effectively with customers to determine customer needs, 
            suggesting viable solutions and alternatives. 
         - Taking orders over the phone, email and fax. 
         - Accurate and timely entry of orders utilizing the company’s software.          
         - Support outside sales representatives in exceeding existing customer requirements 
           and expectations. 
         - Work with outside sales representatives to prepare price and delivery quotations 
           to customers. 
         - Maintain knowledge of products, applications as well as competitive information. 
         - Work effectively with administration staff to follow-up on orders and provide delivery 
           updates to customers. 
         
         SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: 
         Candidates must have the following: . 
         - Superior verbal and written communication skills. 
         - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 
         - Strong computer skills. 
         - A sales or marketing background. 
         - Previous experience in inside sales and service at an electrical/industrial supply 
           company is considered an asset.
